Eze - beautiful town above Nice
We went to Eze on a day trip (only 30 min drive from flat) and its just beautiful and stunning. Highly recommendable!

The pool
Even though not very hot when we were down there for Easter holidays, the kids still enjoyed the swimmingpool......Here Ben and JC are having fun while Mia was playing at the other end of the pool.
Parents were sunbathing.......

View towards Nice and the Alps
On the road along the sea to Antibes boat harbour, Fort Carre and old Antibes.

The flat is located :
- 1km away from the Antibes railway station
- 1,5 km away from the old Antibes
- 14km from Nice airport
The main road (avenue de Nice) to Nice/Antibes is only 150m up the road. There you can catch the bus 200 to Cannes or Nice (and the airport).
Its only 400m to the sea. Bakery, small Casino, wineshop, cafe are just 500m away on the avenue de Nice towards Nice.

Introduction
Our two bedroomed flat is situation in a brand new development called Jardin D'Antibes or the garden of Antibes in English. It is on the eastern side of the town about 500 metres from the sea. Our flat is on the top floor of a three story block, situated on the corner so we have a terrace on two sides. There is an open living room with kitchen, hallway, bathroom with separate toilet and two bedrooms. The sofa in the living room is a sofa bed so the flat can sleep 6 people. It's all painted white and has pale terracotta floor tiles throughout.
From the terrace you can see the French Alps on one side, the sea and the Fort in old Antibes. You can also see the lovely gardens in the development and the swimming pool.
